Brand FX Prints is operated by Brand FX, LLC, in Houston, Texas (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit brandfxprints.com or place an order, and what we do with it.

• What you send us. Your name, email, phone number, company name, order details, shipping address, and any photos, logos, or artwork you upload or message to us.
• What is collected automatically. Basic usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics using cookies.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment providers (Stripe, Venmo, or Zelle). We never see or store your full card number.

• To prepare your proof, make your order, and deliver it.
• To answer your questions and send order updates.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To meet tax and legal record-keeping duties.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

• We use your uploads only to create your proof and your order.
• We keep artwork files for up to 12 months so reorders are easy, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
• We may share photos of finished pieces on our website and social media. We will not share a piece that shows personal photos, names, or memorial details unless you tell us it is okay.

Only the services needed to run the business: our web host, Google (analytics and fonts), our payment providers, our email provider, shipping carriers, and WhatsApp if you choose to message us there. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

The site uses cookies for analytics and basic site functions. You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

Email andrea@brandfx.us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents and guardians may upload photos of their own children for an order.

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to order information is limited to us. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you if a breach affects your information as the law requires.

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
