Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Brand FX Prints, operated by Brand FX, LLC, Houston, Texas. By placing an order you agree to them.

Everything we make is personalized and produced for you. We do not hold stock.

• Before we print, we email you a digital proof.
• You have 2 business days to approve it or request changes. If we do not hear from you, we print the proof as shown so your order ships on time.
• Please check spelling, names, dates, and layout carefully. Once a proof is approved, those details are your responsibility.

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo, logo, and design you send us.
• We do not print copyrighted or trademarked material (characters, team logos, brand logos) without proof of permission.
• We may decline any order at our discretion, including content we consider offensive or unlawful. If we decline after payment, you get a full refund.
• If a claim is made against us because of artwork you supplied, you agree to cover the resulting costs.

• Prices are in US dollars.
• Payment is due before production begins.
• Texas sales tax is added to orders delivered or picked up in Texas.

• Colors on a screen differ from printed colors. Small differences from the proof are normal.
• Print quality depends on the photo you provide. We will tell you if a file is too low in resolution.
• Natural materials such as slate vary in shape, edge, and surface. No two pieces are identical.

Standard production is 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. These are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot meet the timing we gave you, we will tell you, give you a new date, and you may cancel for a full refund.

• Before proof approval: full refund.
• After approval, or once printing has started: the order cannot be cancelled.

• Because items are personalized, all sales are final.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, email andrea@brandfx.us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. We will remake it or refund it, your choice.
• We do not remake or refund for errors that were in the approved proof, or for low quality caused by the photo supplied.

Orders of 10 or more may require a deposit and a separate written estimate. The estimate terms apply together with these terms.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in Harris County, Texas.
